Motion CrossFit
CrossFit is, quite simply, the “sport of fitness.”!
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
The training is focused on maximizing a persons potential in strength,
cardiovascular endurance, respiratory endurance, power, speed, stamina,
flexibility, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. In other words,
general physical preparedness.
CrossFit workouts provide a constantly varied approach to training with functional movements at maximum intensity (relative to the physical and psychological tolerances of the participant). Participants will see
increased work capacity across broad time and modal domains.
Each class features personalized instruction
and class sizes are limited to ensure
personalized instruction and review.
